Standard UK delivery (2 - 3days)
Over £50: Free
Under £50: £3.75
Rest of the world: £11.25
Unfortunately once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.
During our busy sale periods or if we are experiencing delays for any other reason and cannot fulfil your order within the specified timeframe, we will let you know! Please allow up to 10 days to receive your order from the day you place it. For any further delivery queries, please email email@example.com
We understand that sometimes you may not be completely happy with your purchase and we are more than happy to help you find something else or offer you a full refund.
You can return an item up to 30 days after you purchased it as long as you have your receipt (which will always be emailed to you!) and it is in the same condition you received it in.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Faulty items may be returned at any time but we kindly reserve the right to look into the fault in the question and determine if it is indeed a factory fault.
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for the purchase.
We would be more than happy to exchange an item you are not pleased with for something that you love so we will deliver your replacement item(s) for free! To order a replacement item please email our customer care team on firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number and we will do our best to get it right this time.
